How do I book a rental?

You can book online through our website or call us directly. Simply choose your items, select your event date, and pay a deposit to secure your reservation.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is $50 or 25% of your order total, whichever is greater. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online bookings. Cash, Zelle, and CashApp are also accepted for the remaining balance.

What's your refund policy?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If severe weather forces cancellation on your event day, we'll work with you to reschedule for another available date — no refunds, but you won't lose the booking.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery and setup on every order under 20 miles from our base location. Beyond that, additional fees may apply — just ask.

How early do you deliver?

We typically deliver and set up 1-2 hours before your event start time. The exact delivery window will be confirmed the day before your event.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Most of our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Grass is preferred. We use stakes on grass and sandbags on hard surfaces. Indoor setups are available for select units — check each product page for details.

Do I need to provide anything?

You need to provide access to a standard electrical outlet (within 100 feet) and a water source for water slides. We bring everything else — blowers, extension cords, stakes, and sandbags.

Absolutely. All of our equipment is commercial-grade, regularly inspected, and meets all safety standards. We provide safety rules and instructions at every setup. Our team is trained in proper installation and anchoring.

Yes! Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant after each use. We take hygiene very seriously.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

If your venue requires a certificate of insurance (common for schools, churches, and public parks), contact us before your event and we'll confirm what we can provide for your booking.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is usually fine — inflatables can handle it. For severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds over 20mph), we'll contact you to reschedule for another available date. Safety always comes first.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season (May-September). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings — just call us!

Do you stay at the event?

We drop off, set up, and return to pick up at the agreed time. An adult (18+) at your event must be responsible for supervising the equipment during use. We provide all safety instructions before we leave.
